Lambic Style Sour Beers

What makes Duration Brewing a true farmhouse brewery is our love of mixed fermentation. Our wild ales are true sours in the lambic sense and we name these vintages of our Fermata Range. Often inoculated only with local cultures, giving a Norfolk terroir, these beers contract to our ‘fresh’ beers being more complex and tart with layers of flavour that evolve slowly over time.
