Lambic Style (Sour Beers)

Our fermata range from over in our barrel store our our slow and sour beers and is where our true passion lies. We make sour lambic style beers slowly over time, often innoculated through exposure to the local cultures and the wild mixed yeast strains we love. Often aged in American white oak for several months if not years. Akin to the flavours or wine, prosecco and cocktails, tart and deeply complex.
