Lambic Style (Sour Beers)

Our fermata range beers are made in our barrel store where our true passion lies. Deliciously sour lambic-style beers, often innoculated through exposure to local cultures and wild mixed yeast strains. Aged for months if not years in beautiful hand-made American white oak barrels or ‘foeders’ for depth of flavour. Akin to the flavours or wine, prosecco and cocktails, tart and deeply complex.
