Lemon | Thyme | Crisp

Grisettes are rustic, elegant, low-strength pale ales. Often overlooked for hoppier styles yet utterly delicious. Typically crisp, dry and refreshing with a light lilt of spice or tartness from the yeast. We added Lemon Peel and Thyme for a citrus burst and botanical boost that compliments the Lemon Drop hops. Several years ago, we pulled up sticks and moved to the country to make beers that reflect our regions rich bounty and heritage. This Continental Pale is for our farmers working the land to put food on the table. Nicely effervescent to quench a well earned thirst with Waimea hops bringing lime and pine, Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir lend old world charm and a hint of tangerine.

A bold, hazy pale ale that roams with vibrant citrus and passionfruit notes. Krush hops lay down a juicy foundation, while Nelson Sauvin introduces savoury, grape-like complexity, and Simcoe contributes earthy citrus with hints of pineapple. Inspired by the spirit of freedom and wide-open spaces, this wild, untamed brew is perfect for savouring beneath a vast open sky.

Lime | Citrus Zest | Tropical

Like a burst of bright sunshine, Motueka hops from New Zealand bring vibrant fresh lime notes. We added lime peel to compliment the tropical notes. An energetic wheat beer that is lyrical and full of agility and flex. Scoober and blade your frisbee throws and always drop the hammer on a great frisbee session to airbounce your way through life.
