Rich | Cherry | Vanilla

An Imperial Stout aged in a heavily charred oak foeder for 3 years. Dark malts, cherries and vanilla meld over time resulting in toasted oak, rounded richness and balanced tartness. Warmth from the dark malts and higher alcohol this is a smooth, rich and delicious Lambic style dark beer to sip and savour.

Chestnut | Honey | Orange

A Honey Beer 2.5 years in the making that truly reflects our landscape. Local honey brings sweet chestnut and orange to a beautifully rounded mixed fermentation beer. A true Lambic Style sour that has evolved slowly in a white American oak Foeder.

Tart | Vinous | Dry

Shimmering golden hue with a delicate white head. Aromas of fresh grape, summer fruits and a light grassiness. Hints of tropical fruit and a firm tartness finishes dry with a lingering oak finish.

Vinous | Tropical | Vanilla

Tropical fruits on the nose with a very light hay funk that leads into dry and light vanilla oak tannins. Medium body and full mouthfeel after 13 months in foeder. This mixed-fermentation Fermata Range beer is from over in our barrel store where we like to things slow. To distinguish from our everyday version it bares the musical notation to show a pause 𝄐

Silky | Tart | Stone Fuit

Like a big Flanders Red with darker malt. Notes of liquorice, apricot, and toasted oak. Aged in a heavily charred oak foeder for 16 months. Opening on the nose with char and liquorice. First taste brings a silky mouthfeel followed by a tartness lifted with the char. Flavours of stone fruits to finishes dry and slightly tart with a mild alcohol warmth.
