Vinous | Tropical | Vanilla

Tropical fruits on the nose with a very light hay funk that leads into dry and light vanilla oak tannins. Medium body and full mouthfeel after 13 months in foeder. This mixed-fermentation Fermata Range beer is from over in our barrel store where we like to things slow. To distinguish from our everyday version it bares the musical notation to show a pause 𝄐

Lemon | Biscuit | Cherry Pit

A coolshipped Wit made with DEYA Brewing (Cheltenham). Chevallier Heritage Malt and Buckwheat bring nutty biscuit notes complementing the candied lemon addition. A medium body with marmalade depths and light tartness.

Tart | Clementine | Plum

The second in a duo-fresh and mixed ferm collaborative release with Burning Sky Brewery (East Sussex). A collaboration to share knowledge and reignite our love of and passion for farmhouse brewing. This spontaneous barrel-aged version from our Fermata Range was first coolshipped before barrel aging in oak foeder for a year. Finally blended with a saison with the addition of grapefruit and peppercorns. Tart with notes of clementine and plum. Farmhouse brewing is nothing without Ferm Friends.

Rhubarb | Grapefruit | Vanilla

Mills Brewing and Duration‘s Rhubarb Reverie is an exceptional beer with a distinctive blend of flavours. Initial tartness, derived from the rhubarb, mingles with subtle notes of vanilla, creating a sweet yet sour profile. The unexpected zing of grapefruit lends a citrusy edge, while the oak imparts a robust and earthy depth. This complex concoction is refreshingly unique and undeniably intriguing, making every sip a journey into a symphony of flavours.

Silky | Tart | Stone Fuit

Like a big Flanders Red with darker malt. Notes of liquorice, apricot, and toasted oak. Aged in a heavily charred oak foeder for 16 months. Opening on the nose with char and liquorice. First taste brings a silky mouthfeel followed by a tartness lifted with the char. Flavours of stone fruits to finishes dry and slightly tart with a mild alcohol warmth.
