Sail is a crisp, refreshing collaborative beer made with our good friend’s Beak from the Sussex Coast. Co-pitched with Belgian and Lager yeast strains. Light straw in colour with a rocky white head. A bready malt bill gives way to light melon and grapefruit with a hint of cracked black pepper, finishing dry with a dissipating bitterness. The perfect pint to sail away with.
