This product is suitable for coeliacs and those that are gluten intolerant. We do use cereals that contain gluten in the ingredients but add an Brewers Clarex an enzyme that removes the gluten to below 20PPM which is lab tested.

Crisp | Lemon | Dry

A zippy Italian Pilsner with bright lemon/tangerine notes on the nose, lead to a crisp and dry lean bodied Pilsner. Finishing with a delicate but firm hop bitterness on the tongue.

A bright, modern Pilsner showcasing the best of New Zealand hops. Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin bring notes of lime zest, white grape and subtle tropical character over a lean base of lager malt and flaked rice. Vibrant, crisp and dry.
