Teaming up with fellow farmhouse brewery Rivington (Lancashire) on a cactus beer! A simple grist of barley, oats and our Belgian yeast blend give a crisp and dry base. Motueka hops, prickly pear and tellicherry peppercorns bring aromas of spiced peach and melon.
